KSU MBA Industry-Oriented Master’s Program Visits Long Da Group for Academic-Industry Exchange
Faculty and graduate students from Kun Shan University’s MBA program recently visited Long Da Cosmetics & Beauty Group for an immersive industry exchange. The visit began at the Taiwan Aesthetic Specialist Business Academy, where the academic director introduced the institution’s systematic approach to cultivating professional beauty talent and tracking emerging industry trends.
The highlight was a masterclass by General Manager Lin Hsiang-Ta, who shared his entrepreneurial journey from zero to one. Offering transparent insights into navigating market pain points and strategic brand management, his engaging talk served as a practical case study for the business students, sparking lively discussion. The visit concluded with a group photo, reinforcing the synergy between academic theory and real-world practice.
